Support Policy

Please Note: The RacingSupport office is located in the eastern US and we work and provide support in eastern US timezone; from 9am to 5pm (2:00pm to 10:00pm GMT), Monday to Friday only. We also take occasional leaves at public holidays and other such events. We always strive to offer the best possible support possible, but please be aware that outside of these hours your support requests will be answered the following working day.

Limitation of Support

RacingSupport provides support services to customers only.  Please always check the Knowledge-Base & FAQ before submitting any messages to our support helpdesk.

Support does NOT include:

  • Solving computer problems.
  • Replacing digital products because of a hard drive crash or move to a new computer. You should always back up your purchases.
